Dear members of Congress, this information requires a few minutes investment of your time - certainly America is a few minutes.

Why Is America About To Fall?

The members of 110th & 111th Congress may likely go down in history as the "Congress that took down America." Toward avoiding that, we prepared this information for its members. Why? Well because we love our country and want our Congress to see itself differently and learn and therefore do a much better job - not only on behalf of all Americans, but to restore great honor and pride to this once prized institution.

Our tactics are double-edge - on the one side we root for Congress to wake up by prodding it with a hard stick - slapping it across the head as it were. And on the other hand, we ask the public to do their job prodding Congress so that we ensure adequate incentives. We would use a carrot but we're fresh out, sorry!

Major Reason For Take Down Of The United States

Congress has given over its powers to the president who, along with many leading members and bureaucrats, is aiding transnational corporations to install free trade and Third World labor in the US (via illegal immigration) toward ensuring the removal of the nation's middleclass - all toward  ultimately creating the North America Union (NAU) and installing a facsi-socialist government (non-democratic) modeled after the European Union (soon to be the United States of Europe). The NAU is to be coupled with EU under the Transatlantic Union (TU). All efforts are currently disguised under the platform of commerce and trade, the precise formula of high level deception used to create the EU. [see supporting facts below].

Underlying Reasons For America's Future Take Down

Too many congressional members have...

1. A lack of being well informed on the facts (too much ignorance with regarding the issues they debate and, especially, that they vote on). 

2. Laziness: few members are willing to research and read in order to be equally competent on the issues to that of those sponsoring legislation - they have too much of a tendency to rely on the leadership positions of others instead of think independently for themselves.

3. Not enough time: Congress, as a body, tries to push too many bills through the process, which ensures ignorant debate and acquiescence by many members who divert their scarce time and energies to trading political favors instead of examining the details of bills and competently representing their constituents, (as well as keeping a strong, protective eye on the Constitution). 

4. Arrogance: too many members believe their opinion should not be formulated by the facts and by input from their constituents but instead that they should apply their own biases to problems (typical of those of aristocratic classes and forms of non-representative government).

5. Party-polarization: the parties forget that once the individuals are in office, it is time for conducting of sound government and no longer the time for political maneuvering, which now consumes the lion's share of our law maker's time and efforts and disenfranchises Congress from the public voter, thereby removing faith from government.

6. Too much incompetence: few law makers take the time to read the bills they vote on, and instead rely on summaries, which offer no substance or details and often misrepresent the impacts and issues that a discerning public eye and competent scrutiny by custodian representatives would otherwise offer.

7. Lack of ethics: today's Congress is increasingly made up of those who often transgress the law or ethical bounds themselves (thinking they are above it), and in so doing they degrade the once highly esteemed institution toward making it appear increasingly Third Worldish. The steady decline in Congressional ethics has issued transference into both the government and public sector where a new cultural attitude is being adopted that embraces a strong indifference for the rule-of-law - now exampled by thousands of government personnel and scores of agencies now willing to accept much lower standards, such as enforcing laws optionally or deliberately not enforcing them at all. Congress leads by example.

8. Graft: increasingly, those who serve the Republic are succumbing to graft. Many have been caught but most are likely afforded anonymity due to today's lackluster FBI that increasingly fails to protect our democracy and even shows a willful disregard for the sanctity of government by refusing to investigate and charge high officials (again, Third Worldish).

9. Complicity - Congress's lack of strong, competent, ethical leadership is failing America when it fails to act as a critical check and balance against both the Executive and Judicial Branches. It's failure to investigate and expose illegal activity within its own body, as well as that of the White House and Judiciary shows what can only be called a "conspiracy of incompetence." Such acceptance of the status quo that continually allows criminal behavior to flourish in our highest ranks of leadership set the example that America, democracy, and the Constitution are no longer sacred or worth protecting.

Additional factors that contribute to Congress's downfall:

1. Political campaign financing laws that ensure corrupted wisdom: When the law allows the legalized form of bribery to exist for our leaders, such as political campaign contributions by foreign nations disguised as corporations or nonprofits, or transnational or global companies and their representatives who have no allegiance or concerns to, and for, the United States or its citizens, the recipe naturally creates double-speak law makers who conduct themselves according to the needs of their financial backers - rather than in regards to the needs of their constituents. As such practices increase the degradation of the Congressional body, control is naturally usurped by those who have the power to buy government.

2. Collective incompetency and irresponsibility: as a group, the Congress has increasingly given its power to the Executive Branch and allowed that branch to usurp vast amounts of authority and control over the US and its governmental systems, in direct opposition to the Constitution (much like the Congress of Venezuela has done for its president). This has occurred for a variety of reasons, including perceived lack of time, political maneuvering, compromises, hidden corruption, and general ignorance by many members of their collective duties and responsibilities as a Congress under the mandate of the Constitution - all of which have conspired unwittingly to make the Congress more incompetent toward protecting itself and its authority, thusly ensuring the Executive branch has gained unprecedented power over it (e.g. scores of examples can be demonstrated under both the Bush and Clinton presidencies right through to current day).

3. Lack of understanding of both domestic and global economics and how the two can be isolated from each other and therefore better analyzed. Few understand the ramifications of how free trade ensures the removal of the middleclass, hence ensures the ending of an educated public and an educated vote, hence undermines and destroys democracy itself by removing an educated citizenry able to protect it.  Or how free trade is removing the middleclass from economies around the world and with it, their national economies which relay on consumers with enough income to afford to keep the national economic machine running (70% of the US economy relies on the spending power of the middleclass, which has lost over 20% of its ranks in the last three decades and is expected to lose another 30% in just a single decade - some analyst predict that a loss of merely 15% more will irreversibly collapse the entire US economy).

4. Lack of wisdom in methodology: Congress has not yet been intelligent enough as a body to conduct its business under a much more organized and prioritized system applying a more sound mythology in the debating and enacting of new laws (or removing obsolete ones). It expels too much time on minutia and not enough time coming to terms on aspects of issues that need little debate; it creates bills that are overly long and complex and detract from the members reading and debating them intelligently; fails to make small bills and pass them on the issues that are not contested  in order to leave time for debate on the issues and bills that must be contested; fails to effectively utilize bipartisan subcommittees with independent panel members to ensure accurate documentation and reporting to the other members toward bringing them up to speed on the issues and aspects explored; fails to make an internal agreement with its members to set aside politics while in session and not in election; and the list goes on. 

Summary

In regarding the North American Union, please do not be fooled by the false call of mere economics and trade (that was the deception used to form the European Union). Instead, examine closely the current EU and its government systems, which are now emerging as a facsi-socialist government - those who control the EU are not elected and not removable from office (there is no longer a democracy operating in the EU in regards to practical purposes - the people, and even those who were once in power, are all powerless today. This is the end game of the NAU and the game being applies to the US Congress. And we wish we were wrong, but competent investigation by top journalists proves otherwise.

History Will Record The Heroes & Villains

Members must decide whether they intend to go down in history as traitors to their Constitution, country, and fellow Americans, or as saviors and defenders of freedom and America. Each path will make them famous. Each path will have a very different outcome for themselves and their families and future generations. A few might find places to hide in the new power structure but remember what Hitler did with those in politics he no longer needed once he was holding all the cards!
