It has been levied by many researchers, professionals, and even high ranking officials that the entire US government is being quietly controlled by a small cabal (private organization) of elitist internationalist who control about 10% of the key US leadership across all three branches of government—the leaders, which in turn, who utilize the organization’s money and influence to control the remaining 90% of the US leadership, hence government. This, claim the pundits, is precisely why the US leadership has done and continues to do things that seem anti-American or anti-common sense, such as promoting illegal immigration, and open borders and much more.

For most Americans the idea is a fantasy of the “conspiracy theorist” crowd of UFO-Black Helicopter  hunters and the like.

It often seems like most Americans live in the world of Andy Tailor and Barney Fife’s Mayberry, thinking everyone in government is a patriotic American who believes in the principles of democracy and freedom and the Constitution—all having a sound footing in justice and the American way. That is a bygone era and not American political reality by a long shot—not when there is so much money to be made selling one’s soul a piece at  time.

Today, government is made up of those committed to conservatism or liberalism or somewhere in between and many still believe in traditional American ideals but these are the average rank and file of government, and not the true leaders in the halls of power—the elitist who dance to a tune that says they are above all Americans and that their thinking and idealisms are much more superior and therefore must be given much more weight and control. This is a carefully groomed attitude created within the elite ranks but not by the elites, ironically, but by the super elites—the people who hold true power and control vast empires of wealth and routinely yet shamefully dance the elites.

The super-elite are the world’s international bankers and industrialist who can achieve anything they want simply because they have so much wealth that they can corrupt anything that gets in their way. If government poses a problem, they buy the government off; such is their way in most Third World countries. However, operating in First World countries requires more sophistication and manipulation, for they are set-up as democracies, often with the separation of government powers so that no single branch can control everything; this sort of checks and balances in government requires more finesse to corrupt and manipulate, for there are too many people involved with it—one cannot simply threaten or bribe everyone, so what can be done to usurp authority and control over it?

The answer is to create organizations outside of government that hold in their hand the power of the super-elites and surround them with an aura of ultra-exclusivity. Next, they observe the government halls of power and just who are the natural leaders among the  members and carefully target them to be approached toward soliciting them into membership, hence organizational control. Convincing stories of graft and power flow throughout the course of events to arouse the prospect’s motivations:—greed, pet projects, private business deals… the list is endless but somewhere in there is someone’s hot button. Whatever the hot button is for the prospect (leader), it will soon be discovered if he or she is corruptible, and if not, compromising evidence will either be found or fabricated to ensure control, hence recruitment. One down, many leaders to go.

The process continues until the organization has recruited key leaders from all the major branches of government and has obtained a strong presence and representation at critical pressure points along the spectrum of government control and lawmaking systems.

Next, the new members are fully indoctrinated into the organization’s thinking, beliefs, and goals under sugar-coated story-telling tailor-made to the individual, not revealing of the organization’s ultimate intents, which must remain secret do to their offensive nature.

As the process continues, all the key leaders in the halls of government are rolled neatly into the elitist organization where an elitist culture is carefully cultivated among the members; for they must all be made to feel highly important to be within the company of such an elite crowd, never fully understanding that they have been used and duped and have given over control to the organization in which they are a member (their egos serving as their own traps).

Meanwhile, behind the scenes of the organization, its leadership cabal of super-elites, many unknown to the membership, conduct their chess moves on the big picture, all the while caring not one iota for the membership so long as the members stay in line and dance to their tune. The secret layers of the organizational onion remain intact, each part of the whole, each separated by compartmentalization, each controlled by a central core of puppet masters who wield the power with their seemingly unlimited financial resources—the power to corrupt absolutely!

It’s not space science, it’s politics and power at work and it’s been going on since civilization began in one form or another. The key to success is that the organization’s true intents need to remain hidden from the governed, lest they be shoved into the light where their ideas will be burned at the stake; and if burned, the remaining cabal must flee only to reconstitute into yet another corrupting influence, hence the cycle is endless. It is an outward representation of the dark side of human nature that no amount of civilizing can stem.

With secrecy so paramount to the protection of the inner layers of the organization and ensuring its true intents and results , the organization must go through great steps to ensure its protection. This is achieved with many ancient and modern tools. First, ensure the outer layers of the organizational onion are more accessible to the plebs (common people) so that they will become familiar with the organization’s workings and therefore not feel threatened by it through ignorance or mistrust. Invite the plebs to speak, submit writings, and educational forums on behalf of the organization and ensure widespread public exposure that all plebs will have a bright eye of appeal for the organization and its fanciful fruits.

Next, foster conspiracy theories attacking other organizations then come to their rescue and dispel true investigation with ridicule to build your own perceived authority while conditioning society into mocking all conspiracy theories. And from time to time, repeat the process to ensure the ridicule factor remains high for all such conspiracy theories in order to guard against legitimate or substantial investigations.

If the organization’s secrecy should be breached, simply smoke screen it with ridicule and laugh-ability, standing tall with indignity, bellowing loudly to ensure the plebs acquiesce to your “sound judgment” that has been carefully tailored as the sound of authority; supplant as many conspiracy theory jokes as you can to take the focus off true investigation, lest someone actually discover the inner layers of the organizational onion and expose the ugly face of reality to the light. And if anyone gets too close in their investigation, discredit them and create fictional forms of malcontent and debauchery to ensure a through aura of unbelievably around the investigator (again, to take focus off the true investigation and to sidetrack and derail truth-finding). And if investigators still get too close, then throw them a sacrificial lamb—expendable scapegoats to keep the public’s attention of the true villain wielding all the power—the top tier.

And in these ancient Machiavellian type methods that have evolved into basic techniques of counter-intelligence perfected by all sides during WWII and later the Cold War, we find the meaning of  a quote from film The Usual Suspects when Kevin Spacey said, “the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.”

Council on Foreign Relations – A Powerful Hand of the Super-Elite

Many researchers and watch-dogs of government now make the claim that the Council on Foreign Relations,  working hand-in-hand with the Trilateral Commission, has been the root cause behind open borders and illegal immigration and a whole host of other detriments on American society, as well as all major Constitutional attacks—all toward the erosion of US sovereignty in order to make way for a new socialistic, one-world government—as astounding as that might seem, it appears a well documented allegation.

In order to achieve their mutual long-term goal, apparently by phase-plan that has extended over decades, the current step is to place small groups of countries under a uniform currency (i.e. Euro), with the next step to abolish the individual governments in lieu of creating a single but larger government with a new set of laws and systems (i.e. European Union)—one that embraces a one-world government system using socialistic idealisms and tyrannical-style of rule—a government controlled by a small but highly elite class of super wealthy international bankers and industrialist.

In order to understand how all these elements impose their will on the American public to force illegal immigration and open border policies on us, we need to first educate ourselves about these organizations, their memberships, roots, goals, and ideology, in order to better understand what’s occurring and why.

A Brief History On The CFR

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was officially launched on July 29, 1921 [i] in New York, but its roots extend to 1918.[ii]  John D. Rockefeller, J.P. Morgan, Otto Kahn, Jacob Schiff, Paul Warburg, John Foster Dulles, Herbet Lehman, Henry Stimson Averell Harriman, Ivy Lee and others where among some of its original members. The organization has been headquartered since 1944 in the donated Harold Pratt House in New York. [iii]

The origins of the Council on Foreign Relations date to the end of World War I, when some of the American participants at the Paris Peace Conference wanted the United States to be better prepared to deal with international policy situations, such as the Treaty of Versailles. Believing that the United States would need to play a larger role in world affairs, they sought to create an organization that would provide for the continuous study of international problems facing the United States. These men, along with some British counterparts, founded the “Institute of International Affairs” in Paris in 1919. In 1921, the American branch of this Institute (no longer directly affiliated with the British section) merged with a larger existing group of New York City business and professional men to form the Council on Foreign Relations as a privately funded, non-profit and non-partisan organization. This formation was also a reaction against what the founders considered the shortsighted rejection of the League of Nations by the United States and the effort of the country to withdraw from involvement in international affairs.[iv]        —Princeton University

Corporate members include Bank of America, Bloomburg, Citigroup, ExxonMobil, Ford Motor, General Electric, Goldman Sachs, Haliburton, McGraw Hill, Merck, Merrill Lynch, News Corporation, Time Warner, and many more transnational companies.

Since that time, the CFR is alleged to be operating two completely different branches within its make-up: a public branch that is essentially in the light and   antonymous, drawing on professionals from all walks of life, and a dark, exclusive branch that is very private and secretive, restricted to those in power or close to it or within strategic or key functions needed to fill critical control gaps. All membership in the CFR is strictly by invitation. [v]

As the great majority of its operations in the public forum are easily discernable and appear to be often benign with varied viewpoints, indeed many lacking the impetus of the CFR’s purported actual dark purpose, they still collectively lend authoritarian weight to the CFR’s perceived reputation. This comes in handy when the private branch of the CFR, usually behind closed doors, presses action on government leaders (many who are themselves now CFR members) and others, and takes with it the full weight and authoritarianism of the whole CFR enterprise; even though little of the public forum’s fruits are apparent in its private offerings—a cleverly disguised yet entirely different set of goals, objectives, and pursuits usurping the original fruit in the basket that has been so cloaked with calculated misdirection (an artful tool apparently  used quite effectively by the highly skilled but much darker side of the CFR).[vii]

Representatives of the CFR approached the State Department in 1939, offering the CFR’s services. Their proposal was simple: they would conduct research and make recommendations in four primary areas, economic and financial, political, security armaments, and territorial problems.[viii] What’s more, the service would be free, as it was to be funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. Such began the Trojan Horse gift to the US government that has transformed into a long and entrenched relationship with the CFR ever since.[ix]

The blurring of lines from private membership to government has been ongoing and growing more robust. The CFR has been quietly recruiting members in leadership positions within the US government from its inception. Since 1944, every Secretary of State, with the exception of James F. Byrnes, has been a member of the CFR, including Colin Powell and Condalezza Rice.[x] Indeed, many presidents and vice presidents and a whole host of cabinet members have all been and continue to be CFR members, holding their allegiance not to the US government or the people, but to the CFR (or other similar elitist lead organizations).

Let’s pause on our examination of the CFR and look at what many call its executive board of power brokers.

A Brief History On The Trilateral Commission

The Trilateral Commission (TC) was officially established in July of 1973 by David Rockefeller.[xi] Meetings began with the Brookings Institution, Council on Foreign Relations and the Ford Foundation along with Zbigniew Brzezinski and a few others and eventually culminated in the founding of the TC. Members include corporate CEOs, politicians of all major parties, distinguished academics, university presidents, labor union leaders and not-for-profits involved in overseas philanthropy. [xiii]  —Wikipedia

Current TC Chairs include: Tom Foley-North America, Peter Sutherland-Europe, Yotario Kobayashi-Asia.[xiv]  A brief sampling of high ranking members includes:

In his 1979 autobiography, With No Apologies,” Barry Goldwater, retiring Republican Senator from Arizona, writes:

"In my view The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power -- political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical.”[xvi]

The Shadow Government of Tyranny – Not A Conspiracy—Business As Usual

The CFR and TC are now deeply entrenched in both the US government and politics, and it’s no accident.

Few people realize the role in our government that the Council on Foreign Relations plays. This secret organization has over 4000 members who have infiltrated almost all important organizations in our country at the highest levels. For instance, 3 Supreme Court justices are CFR. 

The reason so little is known about CFR is that many key members of the media are members of this secret organization…  

The late Admiral Chester Ward, who resigned from the CFR in disgust after being a member for 16 years, was not exaggerating when he charged that the group's agenda is to promote "disarmament and submergence of U.S. sovereignty and national independence into an all-powerful one-world government." The leadership of the group, he said, "is composed of the one-world-global-government ideologists — more respectfully referred to as the organized internationalists."[xvii] 

Admiral Ward's harsh assessment is more than justified. 

The CFR has cut a sordid path through American history. But its dreadful record has not stopped it from gaining unprecedented power and influence. 

Author-journalist Richard Rovere (CFR) has aptly described the Council as "a sort of Presidium for that part of the Establishment that guides our destiny as a nation." It controls both major parties and has had a virtual lock-hold on the executive branch of the federal government since World War II. 

In his 1979 memoir, “With No Apologies,” Senator Barry Goldwater noted: "When a new president comes on board, there is a great turnover in personnel but no change in policy. Example: During the Nixon years Henry Kissinger, CFR member and Nelson Rockefeller's protégé, was in charge of foreign policy. When Jimmy Carter was elected, Kissinger was replaced by Zbigniew Brzezinski, CFR member and David Rockefeller's protégé." 

That pattern has continued. The Clinton administration was loaded with over 400 CFR members; the Bush team, it appears will match that. Top Bush picks such as Cheney, Powell, Rumsfeld, Rice, Zoellick, and Chao are all Pratt House veterans. One of the first persons Colin Powell officially received as Secretary of State was Frank Carlucci, who recently chaired the CFR's panel on restructuring the State Department. The party labels may have changed, but don't expect a substantive change in policies.                      

There's not a dime's bit of difference in the end-game agenda of BOTH the national Democrat and the Republican Parties, because BOTH national parties are controlled by the same CFR / TC / Bilderberg / Masonic / Skull & Bones / Bohemian Grove Establishment NWO global elites:  the Illuminati.[xviii]

Authors Phyllis Schlafly and former CFR member Chester Ward, in their 1975 book entitled Kissinger on the Couch state:  

"Once the ruling members of the CFR have decided that the U.S. government should espouse a particular policy, the very substantial research facilities of the CFR are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy and to confound, discredit, intellectually and politically, any opposition..."[xix] 

In 1975, the former CFR member, Admiral Chester Ward, wrote about the CFR/TC:

"This lust to surrender the sovereignty and independence of the United States is pervasive throughout most of the memberships."[xx]

In his 1995 article, The Definition of Tyranny for The New American, research writer John F. McManus reports on something that all Americans need to be made aware of, particularly those Americans in the news and media who have not been corrupted by the CFR yet (and who care enough to report the truth in order to secure a future America for their families and later generations):

In The Federalist, #47, James Madison dwelled at length on the need for separation of powers in our established Republic. He summed up this essential requirement of a free and just government by stating

The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.

Nothing complicated about that! If all powers end up in any person's or any group's hands, Madison insisted, tyranny is inevitable.

CFR Domination

Most Americans have little understanding of the New York-based private organization known as the Council on Foreign Relations. Formed… by Edward Mandell House, President Woodrow Wilson's right-hand man, the CFR's purpose has been undeniably clear from the start: to submerge our nation into a socialist, one-world government.

On the CFR's current [1995] roster of 3,100 members can be found the names of President Clinton, Secretary of State Christopher, Secretary of the Treasury Rubin, National Security Adviser Lake, CIA Director Deutsch, Secretary of Health and Human Services Shalala, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Cisneros, and scores of deputy and assistant secretaries, ambassadors, and high-ranking officials of the Executive Branch. CFR domination of the Executive Branch has been growing since the days of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. That influence helps to explain why our nation's foreign policy has been both internationalist and self-defeating.

When defeated Speaker of the House Thomas Foley (D-WA) turned over the reins of his post to Newt     Gingrich (R-GA), the Insiders lost nothing. Both are CFR members, as is House Minority Leader Richard Gephardt (D-MO) and Senate Minority Leader Larry Pressler (D-SD).

In addition, CFR membership in the legislative branch includes Senators Chafee (RI), Cohen (ME), Dodd (CT), Graham (FL), Kerry (MA), Lieberman (CT), Moynihan (NY), Pell (RI), Robb (VA), Rockefeller (WV), Roth (DE), and Snowe (ME). And House members on the CFR list, in addition to Gingrich and Gephardt, include Berman (CA), Gejdenson (CT), Houghton (NY), Leach (IA), Matsui (CA), Petri (WI), Richardson (NM), Schroeder (CO), Spratt (SC), Stokes (OH), and Torricelli (NJ). 

For an organization with only 3,100 members in a nation of 260 million people, that is an impressive CFR representation in the legislative branch.

There are only nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court. At present, three of them -- Sandra Day O'Connor, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Stephen G. Breyer -- hold CFR membership. The CFR hasn't yet gained a majority influence within the high court, but the organization is getting close.

But there are a good number of CFR members in the lower federal courts. Judges Ginsburg and Breyer held federal judiciary posts prior to being named to the high court. Others sitting in the lower courts await being tapped when the opportunity arises. [xxi]

How Do They Keep The Dirty Little Secret So Quiet?

So why haven’t most Americans heard about this diabolical plan to destroy the US from within, at the top circles of government, unseen within the bureaucratic levels by the public; and why haven’t good American reporters, patriots, etc. not been reporting on the planned destruction of their own country and their children’s future? After-all, if the Trilateral Commission and Council of Foreign Relations are not just an Urban Legend or some sort of conspiracy theory “hogwash,” why haven’t they been investigated and exposed? And how could the Council on Foreign Relations exercise so much power over our government? How could they expect to pull it off—this is America damn it—aren’t we too smart for this sort of thing—don’t we have too many safeguards in our system to allow this—well don’t we!

Media Culpability

Most Americans find this influence over America's government by such a small organization hard to believe. Shown the evidence, they then wonder why they have never been apprised of such a growing takeover. The answer is that the mass media is also dominated by CFR members who hold top posts at ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, Time, Newsweek, U.S. News & World Report, National Review, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and numerous other media organs.

Also, many of the large foundations, prestigious academic institutions, international banking institutions, and globalist corporations are led by CFR members. And we certainly can't overlook the CFR membership of most of the top generals and admirals in each of the military services, including four of the past five chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Never forget that the CFR was formed to bring about socialism and world government. Its increasing domination over America's affairs amounts to a conspiracy the grip of which must be broken by an informed and alarmed American citizenry. If CFR influence over our federal government isn't soon broken, America will be reduced to a mere province in a socialistic world government where freedom has disappeared and national sovereignty is but a dim memory. And James Madison's worst fear -- tyranny reigning in this land -- will become a reality. The time to expose the CFR and its grip on this land is now.[xxii]

A “Must Read” for all Americans is an article by Massachusetts Institute Technology (MIT) Professor Noam Chomsky, entitled Media Control (a copy is provided in the Appendices of this document) in which Chompsky discusses the concept of the “bewildered herd,” and how the elite believe that the Americans unable to think intelligently for themselves must therefore be controlled by the media and other social engineering tools:

...Walter Lippman, who was the dean of American journalists, a major foreign and domestic policy critic and also a major theorist of liberal democracy...argued that what he called a "revolution in the art of democracy," could be used to "manufacture consent," that is, to bring about agreement on the part of the public for things that they didn't want by the new techniques of propaganda.... the bewildered herd just have to be basically distracted…State propaganda, when supported by the educated classes and when no deviation is permitted from it, can have a big effect. It was a lesson learned by Hitler and many others, and it has been pursued to this day.[xxiii]     —Noam Chomsky 

In other words, Americans are essentially cattle to be herded by the elite and corporate news and media rather than to be allowed to collectively govern their own country through the free flow of accurate and timely information, democratic principles, and self-determination and participation; and those who believe this ideology have been carefully and quietly erecting this control system since WWII.

One of the CFR’s top members, David Rockeffeller, Chairman (1970-1985), spoke these words in 1991 in Germany while addressing the CFR’s sister organization, the Bilderbergers;  his comments make it clear just how un-American, complicit, and ruthless both the CFR and US media and press corps appear to be:

We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine, and other publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years.

It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the bright  lights of publicly during those years. But now the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march toward a world government.

The supra national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.[xxiv]

RockefellerThe Rockefellers have helped direct and fund the CFR, United Nations, and Trilateral Commission and their global control goals are well documented. [xxv]  

As to the globalist goals of the CFR, perhaps, we should note the words of CFR member Richard N. Gardner, who in a 1974 Foreign Affairs article titled "The Hard Road to World Order" wrote, "In short, the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than the top down. It will look like a great 'booming, bussing confusion,' to use William James' famous description of reality, but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault." When only a handful of mega-corporations control the overwhelming majority of all US national print and media news, most-all of whose top and ranking members are either direct members of the CFR or their companies signatories to the CFR, is there any wonder how Americans could have their entire country stolen from within, right under their noses, and never hear a word about it![xxvii]

…over 170 journalists, correspondents, and communications executives… are members of the CFR, and…do not write about the organization. Also, it is an express condition of membership that no one is to disclose what goes on at CFR meetings.[xxviii]     —Melvin Sickler

That the US media is well controlled and largely self-censored to the detriment of the American people is not a debatable issue anymore.[xxix] That the CFR has allegedly been behind this fact is something of critical importance to all Americans and worthy of investigation by journalist who still remain silent and complicit…

[The CFR] has dominated this country’s politics, the press, and the economy. Representative John R. Rarick once said, “The CFR, dedicated to one-world government, financed by a number of the largest tax-exempt foundations, and wielding such power and influence over our lives in the areas of finance, business, labor, military, education and mass communication media, should be familiar to every American concerned with good government and with preserving and defending the U.S. Constitution and our free-enterprise system. Yet, the nation's right to know machinery – the news media – usually so aggressive in exposures to inform our people, remain conspicuously silent when it comes to the CFR, its members and their activities... 

The CFR is the establishment. Not only does it have influence and power in key decision-making positions at the highest levels of government to apply pressure from above, but it also finances and uses individuals and groups to bring pressure from below, to justify the high-level decisions for converting the United States from a sovereign constitutional republic into a servile member of a one-world dictatorship.”

And yet in all the complicity that keep the CFR/TC relatively obscure, an occasional lone voice of warning slips through the din that was otherwise meant to distract the “bewildered herd,” a voice that beacons us in vain through the ceaseless drone of sensationalisms (the three minutes of critical news reporting within a month of hours). 

Lou Dobbs, the last vestige of a true American patriot in big media, tried to warn the “bewildered herd” about the SAPP but failed to get a significant public reaction:

"The Bush administration’s open-borders policy and its decision to ignore the enforcement of this country's immigration laws is part of the broader agenda… President Bush signed a formal agreement that will end the United States as we know it, and he took the step without approval from either the U.S. Congress or the people of the United States… [It is] an absolute contravention of our law, of our Constitution, of every national value."[xxxi]

Hidden in the shadows for decades, the CFR’s power and influence has grown dramatically since its inception over 85 years ago. Today, the CFR allegedly exerts tremendous control over the Office of the President (since WW II) and key members of Congress as well as the Supreme Court—all three branches of our government controlled by this overriding group—all from behind the scenes and all without news, media or public scrutiny. [xxxii]

As interesting and outrageous as all this may be for Americans, it helps lay a foundation of understanding for the true causes behind illegal immigration and open borders issues. Now let’s examine today’s cornerstone laid so cleverly against the “bewildered herd” a little over a year ago.

North American Alliance & Union – Constitutional Death Engineered By Elites

“The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground.”

Before he was President, George W. Bush had already been indoctrinated into the one internationalists ideology of creating both a free trade hemisphere and a new country to be called, simply, North America. NAFTA was the first stage in a three stage process to affect that result; one cleverly crafted decades earlier not by Bush, but by super-elites working behind the scenes.

…the ultimate goal... free trade from northernmost Canada to the tip of Cape Horn.[xxxiii]

NAFTA is old news and its results for the American people well known as millions of jobs have been shipped overseas with millions more still to be lost in the coming years.

Providing additional pressure to keep illegal immigration and open border policies going while undermining the entire fabric of the US Constitution through covert policymaking is the North American Union.

Against the oath of office, President Bush and others have been quietly working toward creating the CFR’s planned new government (to be named North America) by taking the first critical step and legalizing the North American Alliance (NAA). This seemingly new trade policy is touted by Canada, Mexico and the US as being necessary to compete with China. In an agreement, authorized by the President, with Canada and Mexico, the US will open the nation’s borders to the free flow of trade and labor. The document authorizing this new reality is known as the “Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America” or SAPP (aka SPP), [xxxiv] which professes greater prosperity and security for Americans and, in realty, provides just the opposite (as we have previously documented with open border realities).

In fact, the SPP is not designed to compete with China as much as it is to facilitate the import of cheap Chinese imports via Mexico using cheaper Mexican labor, ports, rails, trucks, security, and highway systems.

The SPP has several objectives, some of which are publicly pandered: [xxxv] 1)  to streamline the flow of goods and services among the alliance or trading partners, 2) to dramatically increase the profits of the transnational corporations and their shareholders that benefit from such policies and laws, 3) to make the alliance countries more competitive against China in the global marketplace. 

Other SPP claims are publicly made that bear no foundation in fact or reality and are but “smoke and mirrors”: 4) to make the alliance more secure by extending its borders to the perimeter of the alliance, 5) to enhance security over-all for all alliance partners, 6) to increase mobility for fighting Pandemics within the alliance. [xxxvi]

Another component includes the goal of unifying the currency of the alliance in order to establish a more strengthened world-currency backed by a larger trading alliance (the “Amero’ similar to the ‘Euro”).

What the CFR/TC and President apparently do not want you to know about the SPP is: 

A)    That it primarily focuses all the benefits of such trade arrangements onto the transnational corporations and banks that it serves, without any regard for well-being of the working-class Americans or their needs; 

B)     That it will flood the US market with inexpensive labor from Mexico and dramatically drive down US wages and the standard of living across the board for all Americans while destroying the American culture and transplanting a Latin culture; a plan President Bush himself embraced before his presidency; [xxxvii]

C)    That its ultimate objective is designed to severely erode and eventually eliminate the US middle-class in order to ensure the success of Phase 3 of the plan, which is the creation of the North American Union and a new country called North America (consisting of the US, Canada, and Mexico).

In another words, illegal immigration and open borders have been quietly legalized by the President as part of the NAA/SPP initiative that was designed and created by the TC/CFR and was never formally reviewed or approved by Congress. (Read that again and let it sink in.)

And we might add, in complete violation of law and the Constitution, putting the President (and all members of Congress who support the policy) clearly at risk for  impeachment and removal from office, among other more substantial charges.

[Many believe the Congress is aware of and supports the SPP/NAA/NAU and are unwilling to rescind the SPP or reform illegal immigration and open borders policies and simply looking for a strategic time in which to” amnesty” all the current illegal aliens and allow illegal immigration to keep growing—applying delaying tactics and awaiting better timing when the public is more off-guard. Yet other pundits make the opposite claim—that Congress knows very little of the SPP and when they learn the facts, will take steps to protect the Constitution and American people—only time will tell who is right.]     —Patriot Society

Here is an excerpt from the CFR’s “Building A North American Community,” which dictates the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America,” (SPP) blueprint:

In March 2005, the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States adopted a Security and Prosperity Partnership of North American (SPP), establishing ministerial-level working groups… the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that “our security and prosperity are mutually dependant and complementary.” Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly, and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America. [xxxviii]           —Council on Foreign Relations

Notice the “We propose” indicating the CFR’s control of this policy (for they drafted it). 

Most importantly, note: “Its boundaries will be defined by a common… outer security perimeter within which the movement of people… will be legal… 

That’s right fellow Americans, the blueprint for open and free borders has already been approved by the President, who also started the Iraq War! One man can make a difference, no!

North American Union – A Major Path-Stone Toward One-World Government

Although the CFR’s SPP plan begins with the forming of the NAA and is designed to  remove the borders of the US through an aggressive free trade policy and plan by 2010, the ultimate goal is the forming of the North American Union (NAU), which dove-tails with the TC’s long-term, one-world government plan.

With open borders and unenforcement of the immigration laws, millions of illegal aliens are meant to swamp into the US and quickly erode middle-class wages and the standard of living for all Americans as well as their social infrastructure. Why?

First, as labor competes for fewer jobs, wages depress and company profits rise, which is the benefit to big business and their primary reason to support such policies. Secondly, as the “swamping” continues and the lines between Third World Latin America and First World North America blur into a country swelling with  impoverishment, all wages will depress even further across the board for the middle-class. With  less wages comes the slow and inevitable death of the middle-class as tax basis dry up eroding society’s infrastructure (health, social systems, Welfare, housing subsidies, etc.) while taxes increase, which then places more pressures on the middle-class. The cycle spirals downward until the middle-class are bled dry of their resources and pushed into poverty. 

Next, as the middle-class-turned low-income-class suffers to feed itself, there will be fewer funds available for college tuition, hence fewer students, hence fewer “thinkers” in society and less chance for a middle-class rebound.

Combined, the elimination of the middle-class has several benefits: 1) it further insulates the wealthy elite from poorer classes by creating a greater divide, 2) which places more government power into the hands of the elite classes who can better afford to participate in the high offices of government, 3) and with more control comes less regulation for businesses, hence more profits at the expense of both the populace and the environment.

With the middle-class ranks decimated in a country like the US, the strong voice of democracy will vanish as the bewildered herd suffers to feed itself, hence its ability to fight off something as incredible as sovereignty change and the losing of a Constitution and Bill of Rights and the installation of a new, socialistic, police state form of government.

The overriding goal with socialistic, police state forms of rule is to ensure that the public is largely dependant on the state for its financial support and permissions so that the state is in a stronger position to control its citizens (think of the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany and how it kept everyone poor and in fear and you have a grasp on a close cousin model of government planned for future Americans).

What other reasons would make the elite global industrialist want to wiped-out the middle-class to achieve their NAU plan?

One, a two class system fits the model for most countries around the world in which such organizations like the TC already dominate. Secondly, it’s appears part of their visionary model for the one-world government with the super elites at the helm. Thirdly, dismantling the US is the single greatest and most difficult task of the entire pursuit. In order to achieve such a fantastic goal, it would have to be done in carefully planned and executed steps so as not to awaken the “sleeping public.” By the time the citizens realized that all of their rights and resources had been taken from them, they would be living in desperate poverty and unable to respond collectively in any meaningful way; and if they were to rise up in violent protest, the laws have already been changed to ensure millions are jailed indefinitely in one of the over 600 vacant prison camps around the country; all apparently set-up by FEMA under the auspices of a future need to impose martial law, which has been cleverly coupled with the elimination of ‘habeas corpus. [xxxix]

In this current step with the NAA, the elimination of the US middle-class is clearly the true objective that is being brought about through the government and business claim of trying to remain competitive with Communist China; however, in order to do so, the US must emulate China, hence its labor costs. To achieve this, the middle-class will have to eroded from their power-base through wage devaluation.

The middle-class is the only real adversary in forming the NAU, whereby they are still able to imprison their leaders and thwart the actions of treason or even dismantle and jail entire elitist organization or more. [xl]  Therefore, it must be destroyed and nullified so that the “bewildered herd” is more easily controlled, for poor and hungry people are too focused on getting food and shelter to worry about politics and sovereignty swaps. Its that basic! 

The CFR’s apparent plan seems to be working perfectly. Since the early 1970s, America’s middle-class has been shrinking. It was during this time that liberal immigration and free trade policies began to take hold. Middle-class families in 1973 that were making between $30,000 to $80,000 (in 2005 dollars) represented about two-thirds of all US households. In 2005, the middle-class had eroded to about half or all households, according to 2004 book Greed and Good, by Sam Pizzigati, associate fellow of the Institute For Policy Studies in Washington, D.C. Current trends suggest the erosion curve is accelerating and the middle-class could be reduced by half in less than a decade. Such a major reduction in the middle-class would create a powerful domino effect on the economy as the massive reduction in buying power stifled business sales, hence financial markets. 

…we have a situation mirroring the pre-Great Depression era, claims Pizzigati’s book.  

The US could see a new Great Depression within the next decade and once that has been achieved, America’s desperate and hungry souls will be ready to agree to anything—even giving up their Constitution and liberties and their country just for the promise of a meal or shelter.

Desperate to make their lives better, the poor may actually demand the change of their own sovereignty—Wha-la—the “manufacturer of consent” is achieved and the United States of America is officially dismantled by the CFR/TC with the eager permission of a hungry public, and Americans had nobody to blame but themselves! They sat on the couch and played video games and ate cheap pizza prepared by illegal aliens when they should have marched and refused to go to work until the government investigated the corruptions and internal assault on their country and stopped the madness.

Meanwhile, the CFR /TC are apparently continuing to press their NAA/NAU plan forward in the US toward assuming formal control of US sovereignty and have been working hard behind the scenes internationally to usurp as much US sovereign control as possible through world organizations such as the World Bank, United Nations, and others organizations designed to fold into the future, more formal, one-world government plan.

The European Union – A Good Example of What Not To Do In America!

We can look to the European Union to see nearly all the similarities of what is happening in the US today in regards to free trade and the loss of sovereignty.

The British, under the guise of a free trade policies and treaties, its population largely unaware to the realities of the transformation until it was too late (due to much secrecy that surrounded many hidden aspects), illegally (to their laws and Constitution) gave up their national sovereignty in 1973, becoming a signatory to the original 1957 Treaty of Rome. 

The British had been essentially duped into participating in a planned new world superpower called the “European Economic Community,” which was a plan originally devised by Hitler’s Nazi Germany and its chief industrialist who devised how to control Europe post WWII; a plan later reaffirmed after the war in 1951 by the European Coal and Steel Community [and adopted by Bilderbergers and Trilateral Commission. [xli]

Currently, Britain, under the European Union, now loathes a 54.3 % tax on the individual, high unemployment, the elimination of many human health laws like a ban on many vitamins and herbal supplements in favor of large pharmaceuticals, 100% loss of control over their environment, trade, fishing, farming, police forces with diplomatic immunity from prosecution, the elimination of habeas corpus and double jeopardy and the presumption of innocents from their legal system, with all national laws now controlled by un-elected (usually non-British) officials in Brussels (although their own parliament is now openly directed to rubberstamp the Brussels laws for symbolic purposes), and much more. The result has been the transformation of one of civilization’s oldest world powers into a puppet country now ruled by a small cabal of super-elite international bankers and industrialists—not one member elected, not one member removable from office—tyranny! 

Today’s European Union is well on its way to becoming a federal superstate, complete with one currency, one legal system, one military, one police force – even its own national anthem. [xlii]  —Campaign For Truth

One of the things that is helping to destroy the European middle-class and economy is the fact that countries no longer control their monetary systems, unable to manipulate their own interest rates in order to spur floundering internal economies, which has lead to widespread unemployment and major job losses across many countries, hitting the middle-class the hardest.

In the book, Ten Minutes to Midnight, author Philip Day of the prestigious Credence think tank located in Kent pens a reality in Britain that mirrors America’s immediate future, detailing the destruction of its industries, the handing over of its assets and control to unelected foreign bureaucrats “hostile to the British way of life”:

“How many in Britain realize that today our laws, our transportation, foreign policy, armed forces and judiciary, our police forces – even our citizenship - all come under the control of a new monolithic European superstate few in Britain want, no-one voted for, or were even asked whether they wanted? More to the point, how many people in Britain any longer care?” [xliii]        —Philip Day, Campaign For Truth In Europe

Meanwhile, the “Euro” had, and has, much more significance regarding loss of sovereignty than is has any “utility value” for economic or financial market prosperity or assistance—in fact, there is no single economic benefit to the creation of the “Euro” (and soon to be “Amero”).

“The euro, and the European Union in general, is being sold to the British people with the most amazing lies and deceit we have ever seen, and we thought we’d seen it all,” Day remarks. “This has nothing to do with economics, party politics, or not having to change out your currency on your way to Barcelona. The euro has everything to do with handing over the last vestiges of control of our nation to a cabal of foreign, unelected politicians dominated by France and Germany.” [xliv]   —Philip Day, Campaign For Truth In Europe

Making the United Nations endemic corruption look like child’s play, the European Union is being hit with claims of corruption saturation that is siphoning off the great wealth of all of its member countries in what appears to be one of the greatest economic melt-down in the history of the civilized world. Ironically, it is the path planned for the USA through the North American Alliance-to-Union plan, which has been pushed illegally by the Clinton/Bush White Houses and promulgated by the North American continent’s handler, the CFR/TC. It is a fool’s recipe for disaster among the average citizenry created not for the good of America or Americans but strictly for the grubbing power and greed of the super-elites (a power that Americans must, all costs, investigate and counter with strong remedy).

Following on the heels of the NAU under Presidential Fast Track authority and with behind the scenes complicity with select leaders, the US is selling its national sovereignty to foreign control, apparently guided carefully by the CFR/TC, which technically makes the White House and CFR/TC and its members subject to charges of treason and conspiracy to commit treason if the allegations can be adequately supported in a court of law; all that will be required is either a formal and independent FBI investigation or one conducted by non-CFR Congressional investigative panel (a failure of which to undertake would technically make such members post-facto conspirators, having had prior knowledge and been put on alert to such major legal breeches).

In any case, the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) agreement signed by President Bush that effectively removed US borders, hence sovereignty, is an illegal document (having no legal force or authority, as it dramatically violates the Constitution); and bearing the President’s signature, such a document might be used against the White House in a Congressional hearing convened to investigate possible charges of treason.

In any case, the Congress should take immediate steps to distant itself from the SPP and to properly and fully investigate these charges, and if deemed substantial, see to the immediate removal of the President from office so that no further damage can be done to the American people or US sovereignty.

[xl] Amazingly, the Federal Reserve Bank is a private institution owned by a private group of bankers (many of its true members remain unknown to public or even private record). Under the current US system, the US Treasury borrows money from the Federal Reserve Bank, which charges the government interest on the money. In order to pay this interest, the government created the “personal income tax”—all money collected from income tax payments to the government is used to pay the interest debt to the Federal Reserve Bank. There are two problems with this system: 1) the “personal income tax” on wage (or salary) earners is not legally mandated. In 2 US Supreme Court rulings, the court held that this form of taxation was illegal and against the Constitution, and 2) the US Treasury, if it needs more money, could simply create it, rather than pay a humongous interest payment on it to private lenders. What’s of particular interest is that many of the founders involved with the forming of the CFR were also involved with the forming of the Federal Reserve Bank.
