Rules Of Display

We agree that you may post our copyright image along with a link back to our Web site's main page either free of charge (typical) or under written formal contract signed in advance of the display posting by an authorized PUA agent (rare), provided you follow the following rules and stipulations:

1. You (any entity) agree to withdraw the ad immediately upon being notified by the PUA to do so.
2. You make no comments or remarks that would suggest the PUA has endorsed your organization or Web site (unless you have received signed acknowledgement from the PUA for this purpose).
3. You agree to display the image in a tasteful and respectful way, thusly ensuring the PUA public image and its respectability.
4. Your Web site is not racist or ethnically discriminatory or ethnocentric in nature or project such things in any way, or if your organization is promotional of race based agendas, laws, rules, privileges, or differentiation. (Organizations may apply for an exemption to the PUA Board if they have been deemed unfit by the PUA agent under this clause). 
5. You agree not to charge the PUA for displaying the ad (unless you have been given an advertising contract signed by the PUA in advance of the posting).
6. You agree to hold the PUA harmless against any and all claims or legal pursuits resulting to yourself, organization, or Web site in conjunction with the use of any PUA product or service or advertisement that you may apply.
7. You agree that this is a voluntary ad service and that participation in posting the ad is solely at your discretion.
8. You agree that click-through or other Web statistics that may or may not be gathered on the PUA system are not accessible to you under any circumstances, whether the PUA chooses to periodically reveal such statistics from time to time on its own to you.
