Sponsoring Others / Gift MembershipsJust contact us by mail and let us know how many gift certificates you want. Chose either Card Carrying and/or Associate level memberships. We will mail you gift cards that enable anyone to sign-up for one year of membership (or more) free of charge. We can also mail the gift certificate directly to anyone of your choosing. Provide the following: 1) Number of Card Carrying Memberships 2) Number of Associate Memberships 3) Names and Address where to send Gift Cards. 4) Your full name, address, and phone number. An enclosed check for the total amount required. How Do Gift Certificates WorkSimple, each certificate has unique identifying code on it. All that is needed is for the recipient to go to the Patriot Union of America Web site, go to the membership page, and hit Gift Membership. They will be asked to input the code and normal membership information at the time of registration. Memberships begin on the date of registration (not on the date of gift card issuance). |
