US Supreme Court Case (Pending) Regarding Right To Petition Or Be Safe In Persons and Possessions

This case is designed to secure in the Judiciary Branch, a formal ruling that ensures We The People the right to Petition and be heard as guaranteed under the Constitution, and if such Rights are denies, then ensure that no government agency may take a legal stance or attach property of any individual or group who has so petitioned and been denied a hearing by the government until such hearing for grievances has been made.

In other words, if the government ignores legal petitions, then the government is precluded from enforcing any law with regards to the petition. For example, if the people petition in regards to unfair taxation, and the government refuses to hear the case, then the government is stopped from collecting the tax until the case is heard.
