Anarchist To March For The Upholding Of Criminal Behaviorby Jack Smyth WASHINGTON, D.C. - April 14, 2008 In an attempt to bully Congress and the White House, outlaw groups are intent on shutting down major US cities across the nation in hopes of pressuring Congress to uphold criminal activities in May, according to Reuters. Groups will be demanding that those who came or remained in the United States against the law should be amnestied and made full fledged US citizens who will be better able to draw resources from the national and state treasuries in the form of social services, welfare, education grants, and more. Currently the taxpayer bill for this criminal group is in excess of $346 billion, according the the National Research Council. After amnesty, taxpayers should expect to foot a bill between $3 and $36 trillion over the next 30 years, an amount that must be added to the already out of control national debt that is now downward spiraling the US dollar and it's buying power. Title 8, Section 1325 of the US Code "Improper Entry By Alien" makes it a federal offense to enter or remain in the US illegally, a jailable offense for up to six months. Repeat offenders, those who have been caught and returned again illegally, are then subject to a felony and 2 years prison, in addition to civil penalties. An estimated 90%+ of all illegal aliens falls into the latter category, which makes most alleged felony perpetrators.Adding fuel to the fires of the debate is the fact that in 2005, President Bush made strong remarks to the press that indicated his support for an "amnesty" and within 12 months over 10 million illegal aliens were reported to have swamped across the US border looking for the Gold Rush in US citizenship give-aways. An amnesty of 20 million illegal aliens now is expected to increase the current flow of illegal immigrants by as much as three times, which would ensure another 50 million illegal aliens in the US within just a few years. Cost for such a scenario have not been tabulated. What should be tabulated by voters and the press is the fact that these groups are criminal and that they represent the advancement of criminal activities by promoting the undermining of our laws, which is my definition, anarchist in nature. The issue is one of contention: will Americans and Congress chose to live in a world where respect for the law is severely discounted and lawlessness embraced, or we more civilized minds prevail toward the safeguarding of our society and government? Meanwhile, America is on the ropes financially and the pro-anarchist movement and illegal invasion of our borders is greatly adding to our financial burdens as America tries to absorb the onrush of the world's poor and criminally minded. ## |
