Safe America Act Launches Attack On NAU And Illegal Immigration

WASHINGTON, D.C. - December 10, 2007 (Revised)

The Patriot Union of America (PUA) is a rapidly growing grassroots umbrella organization that recently drafted a bill proposal that would ensure enforcement and secure borders within 6 months as well as the deportation of all illegal aliens within 16 months toward dramatically improving domestic security. The innovative and cost effective program  requires no so called "round-up" of illegal aliens and would save taxpayers trillions of dollars in ongoing and potential amnesty costs while helping safeguard US soil from terrorism. 

In addition, a newly added section to the initiative would make it permanently illegal for the US to subscribe to, or participate in, any currency that has dual sovereignty attached to it and that of the United States, such as the proposed "Amero" - a currency based on the concept of the Euro and the European community. Such new laws, says the PUA, are needed to ensure that US sovereignty remains intact and to help stem the tide of anti-American or anti-Constitutional thinking in certain sectors of government.

"It would be nice to say that we really don't need any new laws for any of these issues - just enforcement - but what we do need is strong public awareness building and major pressure to bring the truth to the surface and force these issues to be resolved in favor of US citizens. To achieve that public push, we must have a strong bill proposal that the public can rally behind in the grassroots sector - one that gets the job done," said PUA spokesperson Frosty Wooldridge.

The anti-illegal immigration/NAU crowd make claim that the problem is largely fueled by the mainstream media which is not detailing all the harsh facts or providing true investigative journalism to expose so many of the harsh realities associated with these issues. However, most Americans can clearly see their government is broken and literally falling apart.

"We are dealing with two governments in the US right now--not formally but figuratively and ideologically--one well funded group supported by super-wealthy transnationals [corporations] with no allegiance to the US that want open borders, unrestricted free trade, lower standards of living and safety for US families, lower domestic security standards, and eventual abolishment of US sovereignty and our Constitution toward the creation of a North American Union," said Bonn. "Time is short to stop the anti-American group from winning," he said.

The NAU has been an ongoing plan to converge Canada, Mexico, and the United States toward creating one larger country known as North America. The first known official step toward such a sovereignty dismantling move was the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement signed by President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin on March 23, 2005 in Waco, Texas. When a 2007 meeting in Canada raised more NAU concerns the President dismissed the hard questions with jokes about jellybeans.

"In my view, President Bush and the leaders of Mexico and Candida committed high treason in each of their respective countries by meeting in secrecy and drafting first stage plans toward the creation of the NAU. I am disappointed with the Democratic Congress and particularly House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi for not initiating impeachment proceedings based on these hard realities," said Bonn. "One need only pull up the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement and see their treasonous signatures as hard proof of an attempt to undermine and remove the sovereignty of their respective countries, yet the media and Democrats are covering these facts up--why?" asked Bonn.

The PUA is expected to release the Safe America Act proposal before the New Year and has already lined up preliminary Congressional sponsorship in both parties and houses.

"The beauty of this bill and grassroots push is that if nothing else, it will expose all the anti-Americans entrenched in our Congress should they formally oppose this bill and the American people," said Bonn. "It's true colors time on Capitol Hill - there is no middle ground - you're either for Americans and the Constitution or you're for the the greedy anti-American transnationals," said Bonn

The PUA is currently redrafting its original Bonn Temporary Amnesty Initiative (BTAI) and removing some aspects that raised concerns among grass rooters. It will now include a strong anti-NAU section and mandatory enforcement aspects designed to dramatically slow the NAU's progress and ensure the laws get enforced. "We hope to get the bill to the floor in February or March," said Wooldridge. "If the public will support and rally offensively behind the Safe America Act as much as they have fought defensively against the last three illegal immigration 'amnesty scams,' then we have a very good chance at pressuring Congress into making this  proposal into a good law that protects Americans and their families as well as our sovereignty," said Wooldridge. "Americans are tired of being told what to do by illegals, foreigners, and anti-American social-ethnocentric groups and transnational corporations whose only purpose is to undermine US sovereignty and help the NAU become reality through their support for anarchy, illegal immigration, open borders and higher profits!"

Safe America Act key aspects include:

1. Installation of a 12 month temporary amnesty period for all illegal aliens to enter the  voluntary repatriation program (the program can be shortened or extend by 4 months, depending on the discretion of the program administrator).
2. Secure US borders within 6 months using border area Sheriffs until US Border Patrol personnel and equipment can be ramped up to meet 99.2% security integrity goal.
3. Deportation of all illegal aliens within 12 (to 16) months, applying both harsh penalties and strong incentives for voluntary participation in a family friendly repatriation program. Penalties include permanent barring from US soil, citizenship, visa, work or federally funded programs if illegal aliens are caught on US soil after the temporary amnesty processing period (along with harsh penalties for those in government or civilian sectors who aid or abet illegal aliens, such as issuing illegal aliens public funded services, ID cards, drivers certificates, licenses, etc.). Incentives to voluntarily enter the program include a one-time resettlement stipend (paid for from the savings of not having to "round-up" illegal aliens), a chance to win one of 1/2 million citizenship lottery prizes, free transportation, food, medical care, and housing while being processed in the repatriation program.
4. Additional monies designated to the CIA and FBI for searching out and eliminating or prosecuting human trafficking networks and terrorists on or off US soil that target the US.
5. Permanent barring of the US from participating in any dual sovereignty currency, such as the proposed "Amero." 
6. Additional legal definitions and penalties that make it a treasonous offense for any government official, lobbyist, or US citizen to participate in the negotiations, promotions, programs, regulations, or processes that aid or abet the formulation, in part or full, of a North American Union or dual national currency or similar sovereignty dismantling processes that have not been specifically sanctioned by the US Congress (after having first been debated in open and formal public hearings - televised).
7. Enforcement "teeth" that include the full suspension of all federal funding to any federal, state, or local agency or law enforcement department or personnel that fails to participate fully and timely with SAA program and the joint repatriation task force (starting on the 91st day of the bill having been enacted into law).
8. And much more.

"The transnational corporations who are backing the NAU could care less about Americans and their families, their only goal is more power and profits through anti-American schemes like slave labor "amnesty" and the NAU!"

Or, we can stick with the "status quo" of broken government and sit by and dream and hope the Congress and the White House will be the recipients of a new miracle and somehow the problems they created these many years for us all will be reversed all by themselves - the choice is action or inaction  - win or lose - the choice is ours!
