United States Positioning To Take Over Mexico and It’s Wealth: American Children To Inherent Mass Poverty Under NAUBy Xelan BonnWASHINGTON D.C. - JULY 31, 2007 US President Bush, Mexican President Fox, and Canadian Prime Minster Martin in March of 2005 launched the first salvo toward the destruction of their respective country’s sovereignties and constitutions when they signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) during secret meetings held in Waco, Texas. The details of the meeting were eventually revealed publicly. The following excerpt was taken directly from the US government’s operated Web site (www.spp.gov) and its original drafting sponsor, the Council of Foreign Relations, which has maintained a tight foreign policy grip on the White House for more than 4 decades (regardless of who has been president): We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that “our security and prosperity are mutually dependant and complementary.” Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly, and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America. —Council on Foreign Relations In addition to promoting open borders between Mexico and the US, the plan, pundits are suggesting, ends with Mexico and Canada being added to the United States—the apparent goal, some claim, is to eventually take-over the oil fields of Mexico and its abundant natural mineral wealth in the south and assume control of Canada’s abundance of timber and water reserves in the north--water having become the "new oil." The plan continues to move forward in great secrecy and under the disguise of NAFTA. The next meeting of the SPP is planned in Canada on August 20-21, 2007 in Montebello, Quebec where President George Bush, Mexican President Felipe Calderon, and Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper will meet privately to continuing laying the groundwork for the NAU. Bureaucrats and corporate leaders will comprise the bulk of the working groups. The public is being deliberately kept blind to the realities and is not allowed to review or debate the planning. However grassroots groups from the US and Canada will be arriving in the area to protest—unfortunately, a news black-out has been issued so much of the protesting will remain unheard by most Americans or Canadians. Most Mexicans grassroots organizers remain unaware that the NAU efforts even exist while few citizens in Mexico have ever heard of the concept. "We don't want Gringos coming in and taking over our country--we would never let that happen," said one Tijuana businessman who asked to remain anonymous. "Who will stop them?" asked his wife. "All our paisanos [countrymen] are moving to the US--there's not going to be anyone here left to defend Mexico," she added. "I think the Gringos have out-smarted us with immigration---they get cheap workers and we lose our country---what a deal!" “Such planning is in direct violation of all three country’s constitutions and should be considered treasonous,” said Patriot Union of America spokesperson Frosty Wooldridge. “The police—and if the police refuse to do it, then the public—should begin rounding up these people, making arrests, and under the law, holding trials to determine their complicity in this treasonous conspiracy that extends all the way to the top leadership of all three countries." "I've been living in Mexico for the past 20 years and if you mix our two countries, forget it. We'll be able to bribe every cop in the states and the drug mafias will run everything--I don't even leave my house at night because of the kidnapping in this town has gotten so bad--who's the bright idiot that thought that [NAU] concept up?" said Bobby Marcum, a retired American living in Rosarito, Baja. Many pundits claim that all three countries will suffer if North America is created:
In the end, the elite planners of the SPP and North American Union are not interested in creating a larger and more prosperous United States. Their interests are much more capitalistic—super-elite transnational industrialists (the backers of the NAU) will be able to usurp once monopolized industries and resources held by each country while pressing poverty onto the masses of all three countries, making them dependant on the state for their subsistence, hence more easily controllable under the new form of government and its unique constitution--a socialistic form pioneered under the European Union model with roots extending to WWII Germany and Hitler's post-war planners. Perhaps more alarming is the fact that this new country, to be named "North America," will eliminate democracy in all three countries and replace it with an aristocracy of unelected officials—gone will be all Mexican, US, and Canadian individual rights and their respective country’s laws—all replaced by a new form of socialism that is now flushing out under the European Union model that has previously paved the way--never mind that its wiping out human rights and gutting the European middle-class. How do we know that the NAU is real and not a so called "urbane legend," which some perhaps incompetent or complicit news agencies have reported? Easy--it's in writing and signed by all three country leaders and formulated on the policies devised by the Council on Foreign Relations whose top organizers belong to another group, the Trilateral Commission, the very same transnational industrialist and bankers that brought the world the European Union, which displays nearly all dastardly ailments being predicted for the NAU--step two in their plan. "A 25-kilometre security perimeter is designed to prevent protestors and critics from getting anywhere near the [SPP] meeting… but [we’re] determined to break the silence and ensure that citizens’ voices are heard,” says the Council of Canadians Web site. "The SPP – which is being implemented without any public or parliamentary scrutiny – is about eliminating Canada’s ability to set its own independent regulatory standards, environmental protection measures, energy security, foreign, military, immigration and a frighteningly wide range of other policies. The decisions that Harper, Bush and Calderon make from Aug. 20-21 will affect the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the human rights and civil liberties we enjoy,” they warn. “Thousands of laws in both the US, Mexico, and Canada have already been transformed behind the scenes to make all three countries more compatible with one another,” said Wooldridge. “This is not fantasy or conspiracy theory stuff, this is hard-cast reality moving forward under a veil of secrecy, sort of like how a matador moves up on the bull from behind the flag—right before he drives deep that killing blade—the bull never sees it until it’s too late,” he said.
