What does Safe American Act (SAA) deal with?

SAA is divided into 10 Sections which can be treated together as a whole bill, or broken into parts and applied as amendments to other bills.

Give me 4 good reasons why I should support SAA?

1. It will save the national debt from increasing from $3 to $36 trillion over the next 30 years to cover the cost of an amnesty for illegal aliens and thus save our economy from collapse by a devalued US dollar.

2. It will help law enforcement to secure the identity of all illegal aliens on US soil toward being better able to weed out real and potential terrorists (tens of thousands of which are already known to be here).

3. It will save a minimum of 50,000 lives over the next three decades (and save potentially millions of lives from preventable forms of domestic terrorism) - lives of which could be yours or your family members.

4. It will restore many Constitutional Rights lost under the Bush and Clinton Administrations.

We don't need more laws - we just need more enforcement - Why SAA?

Wrong! SAA creates laws that ensure enforcement and sets out a clear path and policy and gives the SAA administrator the right to immediately withhold federal funding dollars from all agencies and personnel who fail to cooperate (real teeth). The current laws do not allow for this type of mandatory enforcement and do not offer sufficient remedies for these complex issues.

What about removing the employer hiring magnets?

SAA ensures this by adopting the SAVE Act (slightly amended) into it (unless the SAVE Act has already been previously passed by Congress when SAA is submitted to the floor for debate).

The SAVE Act helps ensure that employers are no longer able to find loopholes to hiring illegal aliens and when caught, severe penalties are not only weighted on the company, but on some of its key employees (i.e. hiring managers, human resource mangers, and CEO/President, etc.). 

I don't want to reward illegal aliens in anyway. I want them punished so why does SAA help them?

We know that over 75% of Americans polled want to see illegal aliens jailed for their crimes of trespassing US soil whether via borders of visa overstays. However, given the fact there are millions of criminal or illegal aliens on US soil, and the cost of jailing all of them is onerous, it is more prudent to offer them some incentives for voluntarily entering deportation rather than having to round them up and jail them all.

The benefits given to illegal aliens are simply culled from the savings that the government secures from not having to round them up and jail them. They win by giving cooperation and US citizens win by saving taxpayer funds and resources - compromise in action. the important thing to consider is that all illegal aliens will be leaving US soil and this problem will be permanently put behind America.

How much will SAA cost US taxpayers?

ZERO! In fact, SAA earns money for the Treasury! How amazing is that!

Yes, there is a lot of funding set-out in SAA, however, 85% of it comes from a small reallocation of existing and future budgets across the board for the federal agencies and programs mostly impacted by these issues.

The remainder 15% of the over-all budget comes from the Treasury as essentially a loan that is eventually (and quickly) repaid by the savings that occur when illegal aliens no longer negatively impact our social or legal system, etc., relieving much of the excessive cost burdens from future federal budgets, which can be slightly and painlessly reduced toward repaying the cost to implement SAA with no reduction in current government program service levels.

Over a 5 year period, SAA's savings to taxpayers is expected to exceed $1 trillion and more than $6 trillion over 30 years. 

Most importantly, the US debt is saved from being increased under  an unconstitutional amnesty scam, which could cost taxpayers between $3 and $36 trillion, according to some estimates.

Why should I support SAA?

If you are a US citizen who cares about the future of his/her country, or who is concerned about all or part of these critical issues, or wants to see a safer America or wants to fix broken government, then you might want to get involved and join your fellow Americans in the fight of the century - the fight to save America!

If you are a foreigner or otherwise here illegally or support a criminal immigration agenda and anarchy, or are a transnational corporation or foreign government seeking higher profit by removing national borders, or those who profit from aiding such, you will not want to support SAA. In fact, you might wish to abstain from opposing it and showing your true face - Americans may boycott you once they find out your true motives.

Other than securing our borders and permanently ending illegal immigration as the two major benefits of SAA, perhaps its most important contribution is toward the saving of the United States from having its sovereignty dismantled in piecemeal fashion by those in government office and others who are fomenting globalism and the creation of the North American Union - modeled after the European Union, which has proven a disaster in nearly every aspect of its making - the people of Europe are no longer governed by democratic processes but by aristocratic processes controlled exclusively by unelected leaders who cannot be removed from office (17% unemployment is now common place in countries than had little or non existent unemployment prior to entering the EU).

I am already participating in the political process... I expect the leaders I elect to handle this issue?

Let's see... since 1986 we have had an illegal immigration problem. And since 2001 we have had an open border problem... and since 1973 our middleclass has eroded by over 17% and fell in to the ranks of poverty and our collective standard of living is now falling... and we could go on obviously...

The point is, our government leaders may mean well when they go to Washington but the reality is that they quickly become acclimated to the business of shady politics - political favors and political fund bribes replace common sense and decency and the next thing you know corporations and special interests are making the laws for all of us to live by instead of the American people under a democratic form of government with responsible and ethical leaders at the helm. That's the reality and it's not something most Americans want to admit or even recognize, however, it is why our nation is so sick and headed for disaster.

You can wait from now until doomsday but why should you expect anything more than status quo?

The only thing in this day in age that we haven't tried is standing together as a nation of citizens to see what happens - the PUA says try it... just see what happens... you might be pleasantly surprised!

SAA is nonpartisan and is common sense for the common good. It's not something your Congress would have come up with in a political climate of partisan fighting and powerful special interests corrupting their thinking and solution making - and we don't have to mention our president's negative track record on these issues, do we? 

SAA was created by average Americans for average Americans - no political ties or special interest involvement whatsoever - in fact, such things are against the bylaws of the PUA!

Congress would never support this bill proposal - they have proven themselves to be too elitist and aristocratic and they are bent on amnesty for some reason so why bother?

That attitude is a losing attitude - it assumes a loss before starting. That means you're apathetic and that you are well conditioned to be impotent. That means government and the elite classes did their job to keep you down but you can wake up and get back into the fight.

The bottom line is that all governments live in fear of their people. When the people organize and display their demands, government responds or it risks collapsing and being replaced. That is why so much effort and money is spent toward keeping the populace splintered and unorganized.

Imagine 50 million Americans calling Congress and crushing the phone system and Internet system and faxing system by their shear volume - business in the Capitol halts!

Imagine coordinated marches in every city across the nation.

Imagine every able body worker in the country staying home from work one day in protest to show their economic might.

Imagine trucks parked on freeways by the thousands, abandoned for a day by trucker's unions helping the American people win the fight!

Imagine ports shut down by port workers who want their jobs protected and who stand in unison with all American patriots.

Imagine the fear of government from such organization and citizen will power.

All it takes is for us to wake up, come together, and stand as one. If we take the issue-fight to Congress and the White House, they lose and America wins!

The question is, what will it cost you to try, to simply stand with us, even if you don't have faith it will work - you can always stick to the status quo! Or you can take a small chance and have faith in your fellow American and stand with them - show your solidarity!

Why is the PUA promoting SAA?

We listened to what the American people were saying and demanding from their leaders and when we saw the Congress and White House were refusing the public and acting aristocratic, we moved in to assist the will of people and ensure it was heard and acted on.

We believe in economically strong, domestically safe and secure, and healthy America is in all of our best interest and from our research and analysis of the big picture, we know America stands on the brink of peril. We wanted to do our part in helping Americans take back control of their country and destiny and especially their government.

America is being eroded and eaten away by anti-American forces within our own government and our mainstream press. We have reached a critical pivot point and the only thing that can save our country now appears to be an organized effort by a concerned citizenry willing to stand up to their government leaders in protection of their families, jobs, economy, national security and more. 

The PUA came about to help Americans take back control. SAA is the first step in many toward ensuring Americans win back the government they so richly deserve - one that is more reflective of the will of the people!

Who benefits if SAA is enacted into law, and why?

All US citizens and largely the Hispanic and Black communities that are hardest hit by illegal immigration will benefit the most. 

First and foremost, the US will be 1000% safe from domestic terrorism! This is the number one goal of SAA. To date, the Congress and the White House have complete ignored the looming threat on US soil illegally and have not offered any solutions. Under the FBI's current capture and control rate of terrorists on US soil, it will take over 500 years to clear the US soil of those who my pose a threat - SAA does it in about 3 years - it is the only solution ever proposed that achieves this great feat.

Also - although many jobs will be opened up in the low paying sectors of our economy, hundreds of thousands of high paying jobs will also be opened up to US citizens who pay higher tax contributions as a whole than do cash worker or low paid illegal aliens. A major boom in the economy can be expected while significant increases to our tax base will also be realized.

Won't many companies that need low wage workers suffer or go out of business?

Some will, however, America has many times too many low paying jobs as high paying jobs so a reduction in low paying jobs to our economy will have very little negative impact and much more positive impact. After all, do we really need 30 fast food businesses that offer only minimum wage jobs or would we rather have 8 fast food restaurants that offer decent paying jobs and one factory that offers six times minimum wage? The only way we can get there is by putting our foot down and ending slave labor practices and free trade (not fair trade).

Until we turn our national policies and economy toward more economic responsibility for US workers, we will continue to enable criminal corporate employers across all industries who utilize and never stop demanding more low paid slave labor to enrich their profits.

We must take steps to stop the lowering of our collective standard of living in the name of gloabalism, free trade, and corruptive business practices that allow for a slave labor component in our society. If Americans are unwilling to make a stand now, then when?

Won't I pay $5 for one head of lettuce if we send all the illegal aliens home?

Ridiculous! Analysts have proven that if workers are paid a livable wage, workers will arrive into any industry. If suddenly all agricultural workers in the US, most of whom are already here legally were to leave, and higher wages had to be paid, it is estimated the cost of a head of lettuce might rise as much as 25 cents.

Remember, most agriculture in the US has been handled by American labor since the country was founded (not withstanding slave labor that was abolished after the Civil War). 

Lastly, when Eisenhower rounded up and ran off over 1 million illegal aliens in 1954, tomato farmers cried foul and said tomatoes would cost 6 times more! What really happened was that they improved their farming systems and mechanized and within a couple of seasons had the largest crops to market in the history of the American tomato farmer and prices fell dramatically. 

Such cost improvements were only made possible by forcing employers do to things legally.

However, with less than 20% of the total farm labor in the US being illegal aliens, any temporary labor shortages will simply be overcome with higher wages until further mechanization occurs.

If SAA is enacted and all the illegal aliens leave the country, won't our economy collapse?

No way! In fact, our economy is suffering now with so many illegal aliens already here (as of 2-15-08). What's needed when the economy shrinks is to shrink the labor pool accordingly. Normally, this cannot be done (we can't just ship out US citizens at will). However, there is nothing wrong with eliminating illegal alien labor from the workforce and increasing the number of available jobs to US citizens. An estimated 5 million high paying jobs are now taken by illegal aliens and those jobs could be given to US citizens instead.

I am a humane and caring person and I don't see what's wrong with helping people, even if they come here illegally, who just want to feed their families?

Bank robbers also just want to feed their families as do a host of other criminals. Should we look the other way for them too? 

Once we start down that slippery slope, do we start waiving all our laws - do we let, say, child rapist go free next?

The rule-of-law dictates that for civilization to work, it must have laws and those laws must be enforced - or civilization crumbles. Allowing criminals to "get away with it so they can feed their families" is nothing more than corruption. Therefore, although you mean well, you may be actually advocating corruption and the denigration of our legal system?

The most corrupt countries are usually Third World or Militant Socialist countries so if that's what you're intending to create in America, we cannot support your good intentions. 

Additionally, by allowing illegal aliens from Mexico to come to the US, pressure is removed from Mexico's government to end its own corruption and create a sound economy for its citizens. The problems of Mexico are merely being imported into the US.

Lastly, if you are concerned about the humanity aspect, you are free to gather donations and other tributes to be given to the Mexican people and aid them toward economic recovery - just be sure to give your donation to the people directly and not to the government of Mexico where it will mysteriously disappear!

What is the North American Union?

It the proposed merge of the Canada, the United States, and the Third World narco state of Mexico. The blueprint for its creation was first laid under the European Union and the same groups that formulated that debacle are now working toward dismantling the US Constitution and sovereignty.

How did illegal immigration get started (recently)?

The process of illegal immigration was begun just after the 1986 amnesty that Congress offered to 2.8 million illegal aliens, then promising US taxpayers that this issue was permanently resolved - And here we are, up to our elbows in criminal foreigners by a factor of ten or more.

Note:: An 1992 INS Study regarding the illegal aliens amnestied indicated that each person amnestied, on average, cost US taxpayers about $10,000 per year over at least a 20 year period, as most required subsistence assistance from the government.

What does illegal immigration have to do with the creation of the North American Union?

The NAU group's plans remain hidden yet discernable through analysis. Their goal appears to be to: allow about 20% of the population of Mexico to come into the US illegally, secure them as US citizens/voters (who naturally only have allegiance to Mexico) and then use them later as political fodder to foment aid in the support of open borders with Mexico, and then later in support of an official North American Union that merges the US with Mexico (and Canada). 

Why haven't I heard about the North America Union?

You haven't been tuned into CNN Lou Dobb's Tonight or one of hundreds of radio talk shows or the Internet.

Some propaganda journalist have attempted to paint the NAU concept  with a smear brush as if its a hoax or sham but the fact is, the NAU is a very well documented reality.

Who is behind the North American Union?

There are several groups and thousands of individuals involved with aiding this process. They promote globalism and one world government. They are largely transnational corporations and banking that benefits most from free trade arrangements and the dismantling of of sovereignties, such as in the European Union where 17% and higher unemployment rates have become a growing norm as the middleclass is shucked into the poverty classes.

What's wrong with having an open border with Mexico?

An open border with Mexico would remove all border security to the US and leave the nation open to its enemies. Currently, Mexico is operated largely by criminal organizations throughout the country and its government (it is a narco, Third World state) and therefore all security measures would be routinely compromised by criminal enterprise - nearly any terrorist could simply bribe Mexican officials to look the other way and before you know it, the US would be importing weapons of mass destruction and terrorists by the scores!

Additionally, due to the Mexican criminal enterprise system and its need for expansion, an open border would allow the Mexican mafias to move easily into the US where business would quickly become slaves to extortion and middleclass families subject to the routine horrors of kidnapping and other crimes that are common place but largely unreported in Mexico. 

What's wrong with having an open border with Canada?

What's wrong with having a closed border with Canada? The bottom line, is that Canada has very lax immigration and visa policies and terrorist can use Canada as a staging point to enter the US. This has already be done and documented by the FBI so a secure border makes more sense than a non-secure one.

Why should we seal our borders with 99% security integrity? There is no evidence that terrorist are using the borders to come to America so why all the border security?

In fact, there is plenty of evidence that terrorists are using both borders - the INS has reported that over 78,000 illegal aliens from "countries of interest" (known for their ties to terrorism) have already infiltrated the US - most crossing our southern border illegally.

Additionally, al Qaeda interrogations by the FBI and others has revealed that Al Qaeda has been using or is intending using the Southern border with Mexico to enter with commando style terrorists as well as weapons of mass destruction. (see Operation Safe America for facts and sources)

Currently, as has been demonstrated time and again, anyone without sophisticated military training can cross into the US with vehicles and equipment relatively undetected (about 1 out of 8 are currently caught). With 99% integrity, only one in a hundred will be able to slip into the US undetected, which is a much better security level.

It makes no sense to have military style security at our airports yet leave our borders open to any terrorists who decides to come the US.

Won't SAA break up families?

No. Careful considerations in SAA help ensure families stay together as they repatriate to their homeland. 

Why are we giving illegal aliens money to leave?

Paid for from the savings provided to law enforcement for not having to round up illegal aliens, a resettlement stipend is provided to those illegal aliens who voluntarily enter TARP and are repatriated. The money will be used to help them resettle in the homeland as humanitarian assistance and to show that America is a humane nation.

Why are we giving illegal aliens amnesty - I am firmly against an amnesty?

The amnesty is TEMPORARY and is not issued to the alien until they are repatriated (returned to their homeland). The amnesty only forgives immigration related crimes and acts as an additional incentive to bolster voluntary deportation.

It is not cost effective or practical to jail millions of illegal aliens and force additional family separations.

Even if we send all the illegal aliens home, what's to stop them from just turning around and coming right back?

After the initial Phase 1 of the repatriation program (TARP), SAA permanently bars any person caught on US soil illegally from any further participation in US citizenship, visa, work programs, or social programs or programs off US soil funded with federal dollars; such persons become subject to felony conviction for trespass of US soil on the first offense. Additionally, bail is permanently withheld, and a mandatory jail sentence and fine are required before eventual deportation. And let's not forget that they will not be able to find employment, as employers will be shut down from offering jobs to illegal aliens. These aspects combine to create a great disincentive program that keeps aliens from returning to US soil illegally.

Illegal aliens will simply laugh at this program and they will not volunteer to enter deportation - this is a waist of time!

Wrong! SAA provides ample incentives, both positive and negative, that will attract most illegal aliens to enter the program voluntarily.

Positive Incentives

First, those who enter the program first will receive more special lottery tickets than those who enter later. Lottery tickets are only redeemable when the illegal aliens in repatriated. There are two lotteries: one will give away a limited number of citizenship prizes to the lucky winners; the other will give away priority for any work permit programs offered by the federal government. the drawing is held only after the program is shut down and everyone has been repatriated.

Each illegal alien adult and child will be granted a small stipend to help them resettle in their homeland.

Further, they will be forgiven for all their immigration related crimes (as if they had never been on US soil illegally) provided they maintain the terms of the amnesty (again, it only goes into effect once they have been repatriated). They are then free to apply, as all other prospective immigrants or workers in their homeland, to re-enter the US legally on either federal work programs or toward legal immigration under current laws (like everybody else).

Negative Incentives

First, those who enter the voluntary program late will receive less chance to win in the lotteries.

Secondly, those who are caught on US soil after the 12 to 16 month TARP processing period (voluntary deportation period) are then automatically subject to a Class 1 felony for illegal trespass of US soil and when caught, will serve a mandatory prison sentence, pay a mandatory fine, and then be deported (no bail is available).

Thirdly, anyone caught on US soil illegally (after TARP) will be permanently barred from US soil or citizenship or immigration or visas or from participating in any federally funded (part of full) programs, whether work programs or otherwise, on or off US soil.

Why SAA Works

SAA removes all of the incentives for illegal aliens to come to, or remain on, US soil illegally. They are unable to work or game federal or state social systems for services and if caught on US soil illegally, they face harsh prison sentences and fines that escalate each time a person enters onto US soil illegally.

The PUA estimates that 92% of the illegal alien population of the US will voluntarily enter the TARP system and self deport under the safety and protection of the federal government. An estimated 8% of the illegal alien population is expected to digin, which is essentially the criminal and terrorist element on US soil.

How will you remove the remaining 8% of those who do not leave voluntarily?

SAA TARP program provides for an aggressive Phase 2 round up that targets gang population centers and other targets of opportunity where criminal aliens are expected to hide. 

After Phase 2, normal law enforcement, now freed up from not having to deal with so many illegal aliens congesting the system, will then clear up the remaining illegal alien population through nominal systems and procedures.

Note: SAA requires all city, state, and federal law enforcement or other agencies to immediately hold, report, and process all illegal aliens taken into custody and ensure a hand-off  to DHS (no catch and release). Illegal aliens will no longer be entitled to bail once SAA is enacted (after TARP Phase 1 expires).
