CMS Senior Webmaster(Re-Posted 6-5-08) Patriotic Volunteer Wanted! We are launching work on a new content management systems (CMS) website in order to improve our utility for our users and volunteers as well as for other good purposes. We are looking for someone willing to work part time, on a volunteer basis, to help us build our new system. If you feel strongly about your country and want to help protect America and Americans, and you have the skills and experience we need, we'd like to speak with you. Duties & Responsibilities The CMS Senior Webmaster will co-design, plan, implement, and oversee the creation and maintenance of a CMS for the PUA and its various programs and projects. Duties will also include recruiting and overseeing other Webmaster volunteers who can work part time to help maintain the CMS once built. The idea is to eventually spread the work over many individuals who wish to volunteer small amounts of their time as part of a larger team effort, with the Senior Webmaster overseeing all efforts. Work Hours Chose any schedule you desire so long as it includes 8 hours per week (until the system is operational and debugged--then 1-4 hours a week thereafter). However, you must be available for phone consultation with the supervisor at least 1 hour a week during normal business hours (M-F 8am to 6pm either EST of PST) in order the handle requests, direction, etc..
