Imagine Your Collective Power With Other Americans... 

Imagine one small person standing on a long lever or pole trying to lift the corner of a large and heavy house. Nothing happens, right? Now imagine 20 to 40 million people on that lever - the house flies sky-high - yes! 

The PUA is the American people's lever!

We are a national umbrella and voting union, bringing thousands of organizations and their members together to work on solving issues that impact us all. We use our combined strength, knowledge, wisdom, resources, and power to move mountains forward and ensure solutions that work for us all. 

We are, in short, the one national organization focused on the big picture and our collective or common interest, not special interests. We work for the common good!

Government Is Broken...

Over the last several years there has been a growing disconnect between Americans and their elected officials who have increasingly turned to acting as though they operate in an aristocracy.

Our leaders appear to act very elitists and often see voters as mere obstacle to overcome in order to stay employed and in power rather than as instruments of the people and their collective will serving for the well being of our nation. 

Today's broken America reflects this ugly reality.

Mega-wealthy transnational corporations with no allegiance to the US or its workers now routinely and shameless make Congress dance to their tune.

The PUA came about for one reason - to give government back to We The People! To hold them accountable and bring the power of the vote together for the common good.

History Shows Us The Power Of The People Can Be Awesome

Many Americans fear their government and this should not be the case, not ever. 

First, we have to understand that no power in Congress or the White House can withstand the pressure of We The People as a majority when they stand as one on any given issue or demand; that vote power and shear will of the masses  fighting and singularly focused on any given issue is just too formidable of a force for any group of elite politicians or big corporate tycoons or their big money - they lose - the people win! History has shown us this reality time and again - think of India and Mahatma Gandhi, or of the US Civil Rights movement and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and others - the list of grass roots movements and change goes on. 

The PUA views grass roots power and change as something that can be harnessed and used daily under a new, modern-age, evolving form of democracy. 

Changing Government To Reflect The Will Of The People

So if we know from history that We The People have such a magnificent power to change our government, or even the world, then how can we make that power work for us on a regular and controlled basis? How can we get past the idea that most of us have to first get angry and mob-like before we will rise up and march or stand together into large enough groups that make government or the world listen and succumb to the majority  will of the people? 

The answer is simple - sustained solidarity.

By forming into a permanent alliance group of organizations and their member supporters/voters and working on the large scale issues as a team, we can generally achieve anything we want when we need to. Such is the power of the new-age democracy.

The PUA sees the PUA as America's place to stand as one, on occasion, and work toward fixing broken government and issues to make America strong again - to reflect We The People.

Join Your American Team

For about the price of a movie ticket once a year, Americans can join the PUA and become a Card Carrying member - someone who cares enough to stand together with millions of other voters toward improving their country - someone who takes pride in their country and takes action toward making a difference.

Your modest membership fees help us continue our work providing timely news and information, or to create new legislation, or to lobby for good bill proposals and even fight against bad bill proposals. 

Our Projects...

Did you know that the PUA is currently working on the nation's first National Referndum System, whereby voters will one day be able to debate issues, test ideas, create solutions, and then even enact laws at the federal level by majority vote operation? 

Our Kid's Are Cool Center will be one the nation's premier web centers for children so they can augment their school studies and learn about this nation and it's history and resources in a very safe, and kid friendly atmosphere. Games for the whole family will make learning fun and a family event.

In Closing...

Allow me to say that in the final analysis, the PUA is just one thing. It's America's place to gather and wield their collective power for the "common interest." It is not a home to self or special interests or big money corrupting influences, but for "majority interests" - for the "common good," where average Americans can participate in the political process and forge a new American future - a better country for us all! 

Please keep that critical distinction in mind when you discuss the PUA with others - and please discuss it - pass the word and get Americans involved with working together for a change - a real and powerful change!

The PUA is all about the big picture, big results, and big groups comprised of individuals just like you - all working together to progress the American Dream on behalf of us all collectively - the American team!
